My Place Realty, a locally owned property management company, is currently seeking a Full-time Mobile Cleaner. As our Mobile Cleaner, you will be working in partnership with the Resident Managers & Property Managers to provide cleaning coverage for multiple rental properties located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Compensation for this position is $15.00 to $19.00 per hour (based on qualifications & experience)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Completion of High School or general education degree (GED).
Valid Manitoba Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
3-5 years professional cleaner experience.
WHMIS and other safety certification would be an asset.
Full cleaning of residential apartment buildings, including but not limited to:
Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping all floors throughout the building including stairwells
Dismantle and clean hallway and common area light fixtures (replace bulbs if necessary)
Cleaning of all windows and doors, inside and out.
Thorough cleaning of the laundry rooms including wiping the machines inside and out, emptying garbage bins, wiping down sinks, dusting all surfaces, etc.
Exterior clean-up of the building and the grounds including pulling weeds in the summer and shoveling of walkways, sidewalks and entrances in the winter.
Notifying the Resident Manager of any unusual noises or behaviours from tenants or guests in the building or on the property.
Cleaning apartments during the turnover process. This is time sensitive work and will take place on the last and first day of a month. Items to be cleaned include: appliances, blinds, windows, walls, baseboards, floors, cupboards, light fixtures, etc.
Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and janitorial tools.
Work independently and must have attention to detail.
Maintain a tidy and professional appearance.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.
Ability to lift equipment up to 40 lbs.
Ability to adapt, learn quickly and multitask.
Candidate must possess their own vehicle for use in visiting multiple locations throughout the city when needed.
